Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the jockpotph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jockpotph reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any associated bonuses, winnings, or balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jockpotph login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jockpotph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify jockpotph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of your account security. jockpotph may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security incident.
jockpotph may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or when required by applicable law or regulation. Verification documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and with holding of pending withdrawals.
jockpotph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted where available.
Important: jockpotph does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind as a deposit or withdrawal method. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
All deposits are made in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. jockpotph does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Deposits are generally credited to your jockpotph account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to verification requirements. jockpotph aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the Platform. jockpotph reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. All account balances, transactions, bonuses, and winnings on the jockpotph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jockpotph is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your payment provider.

jockpotph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jockpotph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jockpotph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
jockpotph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
You may close your jockpotph account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
